Who we are

Swedish candy & fika are owned by Lilofant Design who are a registered company and brand, that holds an F tax certificate (7801255543) and is registered for VAT.

Prices

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor incl. VAT. A currency exchanger are used to show prices in Euro and American dollars.

In the event of any price changes in the online store, the price in effect at the time of your order applies. I do not have a minimum order amount, all orders are welcome.

I reserve myself against out-of-stock items and notify you as a customer if this happens.

Payment is made in advance through Stripe.

Specific conditions when paying by credit card

Payment by card takes place according to current rules for online payment in Sweden and the EU. We use Stripe for processing card payments. The money is reserved in your account at the time of the order. All transactions are sent via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) very securely encrypted.

No card numbers are saved. We use the latest security technology for credit card payments online 3D-Secure – a standard developed by VISA and MasterCard with the intention of securely validating the consumer when purchasing online.

We accept, among other things, Visa and Mastercard. For Stripe’s payment services, Stripe’s general conditions and privacy policy apply, which you can find under the respective link.

Fees

I report prices including VAT. No other taxes or fees (except shipping) are added when ordering unless otherwise specified.

Age limit

According to law, Swedish candy & fika cannot process orders for people under 18 years of age.

SSL

This site uses SSL encryption technology to ensure the security of your personal information. This technology ensures that personal data you provide in our online store cannot be seen, intercepted or changed by any third party on the internet.

Swedish candy & fika reserves the right for color rendering of images that may vary between different monitors. Since colors can be experienced differently on different monitors, it is not a reason for a complaint.

Deliveries – Delivery time

Current shipping costs are added when checking out the shopping cart. Normally, goods are delivered within 1 week (not Saturday, Sunday and other holidays). There may be delays in shipping at offers and in the event of illness. Packages are sent with PostNord and DHL. Which carrier depends on the weight and where in the world the package is beeing sent. Small packages are sent with PostNord and larger ones with DHL.

I take no responsibility for Posten’s/DHL’s delivery times. If upon receipt you discover that the shipment is damaged in transit, you must immediately report this to Posten/DHL or the delivery point when you pick up the package. The registration must be verified by the staff who hand out the package. You as a customer are then obliged to report the damage to the transport company with which the package was sent (DHL) or (PostNord).

If the item is damaged/lost during transport from Swedish candy & fika to you as a customer, Swedish candy & fika are (payment) responsible. If the item is damaged/lost during transport to Swedish candy & fika, you as the customer are (payment) responsible.

Untriggered packages

We reserve the right to invoice return shipping if the package has been returned (250 kroner within Sweden). If the package is sent again, a new shipping fee will be added.

ATTENTION! It is you as the customer who is responsible for ensuring that the address, email address and mobile number are correct when you place the order (an incorrect address may result in the package being sent incorrectly and an incorrect email address and mobile number may result in the package not being notified but sent in return).

Delivery delay

If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you of this by e-mail. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. I will do everything in my power to fulfill your order. There may be occasions that make it impossible to complete the order.
I reserve the right to disclaim any compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.

If you want to split your order because it takes time before all the goods are in stock, extra shipping costs will be added.

Right of withdrawal and open purchase for 14 days

According to the Distance and Home Sales Act, you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the item and without any particular reason. This is provided that the product and product packaging are in unchanged condition, i.e. unused and not opened, destroyed or damaged. You as a customer are responsible for the return shipping when invoking the Right of Cancellation and open purchase. When returning, a receipt or a copy of this must be included. Contact with us must have taken place prior to return. I reserve the right to charge cost price for the missing parts if the return is not complete. I reserve the right to refrain from refunding the value of the item in cases where the return was incorrect, i.e. a receipt is missing or contact has not been made. I will NOT redeem packages against cash on delivery. After contacting me regarding canceled purchase, the product/products must be sent back to me within 14 days. Packages sent later will not be accepted as a canceled purchase.

Right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal does NOT apply to products that are custom made. However, should there be a problem with your order, send an email within 24 hours of receiving the order. So we will try to do our best to solve the problem.

Cookies

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer or device. Cookies are normally used to improve the website for the user, for example to be able to adapt a website to the visitor’s wishes and choices.

A permanent cookie remains on the visitor’s computer for a specified period of time.

A session cookie is temporarily stored in the computer’s memory while a visitor is on a web page. This disappears when you close your browser.

We do not use permanent cookies. We use session cookies to check if you are logged in or if you have placed an item in the shopping cart, as well as when you use the product filtering.

You can also choose to delete cookie files that have been placed with you at any time. If you do not want to allow cookies, you can choose to change the settings in your browser so that they are not accepted. By accepting cookies on your computer, Swedish candy & fika considers that you give your permission for cookies to be used when visiting us.
